By our team efforts in one of the main treatment center of infertility in the country ,We could collect a bank of sperm media(Image and Video) with physician diagnosis .This bank have fifty samples and each of them had following parameters :

1.Motility(%)
2.Count(million)
3.Grade(A,B,C,D)

Name of this test is Sperm Analyze and is known by "SA" .It’s first medical test for start infertility treatment .

Now dataset is ready to use for research purposes .
